Where can I buy Evergreen Collective products in my area?

Evergreen Collective products are available online here, so you've come to the right place. We are also lucky enough to sell to many lovely retail stores around Australia, many of whom also sell plants to match our pots and pot stands. Are your products ethically manufactured?

This is something we see as of the utmost importance at Evergreen Collective. Proudly, we ONLY work with manufacturers who are accredited as adhering to SA8000 International Employment and Manufacturing Standards.

What does SA8000 mean?

SA8000 is an international accreditation that ALL our manufacturers adhere to. These standards are auditable and they require organisations to develop, maintain, and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace. Key standards include * No use or support of child labour * No use or support for forced or compulsory labour * Provide a safe and healthy workplace * Respect the right to form and join trade unions and bargain collectively * No discrimination based on race, national or social origin, caste, birth, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership, political opinions and age * Treat all personnel with dignity and respect * Compliance with laws & industry standards of working hours * Respect right of personnel to living wage.

Is your website secure?

Absolutely! When shopping on Evergreen Collective's website, at the checkout you'll notice a security lock on the top of the browser. This lock means that your order AND all personal details are encrypted by a 256 bit encryption which is completely secure over the internet. We will never retain or store your credit card details under any circumstances.

How long does it take to process and ship online orders?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. For a better idea of transit times please click on the SHIPPING link at the bottom of this page.

I've changed my mind, is it ok for me to exchange my item?

Of course. We offer exchanges for up to 30 days from purchase date. Purchased items must be returned at the customer's expense with both the item and the packaging intact. If you'd like to make an exchange, please contact our team to arrange this.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.

How do I know if the item I love is in stock?

All items available for purchase on our website are in stock. On the product page (where you add the item to your cart), an item will be marked as 'unavailable' if it is temporarily out of stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly we're not able to offer international shipping at this point in time.
